What to expect?
Preparation
In order to perform the photo shoot in the best way possible, before the event and photo shoot itself we discuss the purpose and objectives and agree on the style and concept. If you have a contract with an event sponsor that outlines their brand photography requirements, please let me know the details of the requirements. Also, it would really help me to know the event program and the list of key guests to be photographed. I have a good visual memory for faces, so I would appreciate it if you could show me photos of key guests ahead of time - I will remember them.
Photo shoot
On the day of the shoot, you and I have the event program and an agreed list of key guests. I arrive at the venue at least one hour before the event. A technical hour is required prior to the start of the shoot to prepare on location and set up the equipment. I clean up after myself when I'm done and help return the venue to its original appearance if my actions require me to move anything.
Ready-made photos
The finished material is transferred within 5-7 days after the day of shooting. Photos are transferred by a download link from the cloud storage, which remains active for 6 months and, if necessary, you can download the photos again. The volume of the final photos depends on the duration of the shooting at the event, but not less than 100 photos for a two-hour shooting.
